Cancellation Policy
The Fuel Stop NYC is committed to providing all our clients with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from having an opportunity to experience the Fuel Stop and its services.
The Fuel Stop has a 12-hour cancellation and reschedule policy. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule your reservation within 12 hours or do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed appointment. For persons with multiple cancellations, the Fuel Stop reserves the right to require payment at the time of booking future appointments.
